1. How do I contract a service through PATCtech?
- Once you know the type of service you are requesting (Forensic | Data | Legal) - complete the appropriate form
- Once the appropriate form has been completed, a representative from PATCtech or the PATCtech Affiliate Network (depending on requested service) will contact you for an initial assessment and consultation of your request and needs
- Once an assessment and consultation has taken place, a service contract will be accepted by both parties outlining the specific duties to be performed
- upon completion of the contracted service, PATCtech will provide a free follow-up consultation to outline any needs your agency or organization may have regarding the results of the forensic examination.

3. Do you provide services globally?
Yes. Completion of many types of Digital Forensic cases involves shipping of the device to our local lab for evaluation. A mobile lab is utilized in cases where on-site service is required.
Most Data Services can be conducted both locally and remotely. Because of the language limitations of some programs used in Data Services, some restrictions may apply.
Less some limitations derriving from differences in law, PATCtech legal services are also available globally.
