Chuck Washburn, J.D. Instructor

Attorney Chuck Washburn is a licensed member of the Pennsylvania bar and eastern, middle and western Federal District Courts of Pennsylvania. He graduated Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1998.

Mr. Washburn has been employed with the Westmoreland County, PA District Attorneys office since 1999 and prior to that was employed with the Attorney Generals office for the State of Pennsylvania. He has handled a wide range of criminal prosecutions and has extensive training and experience in prosecuting online crimes while working closely with his State Police Computer Crimes Task Force. This experience includes processing all court order applications and approvals for cell phone and Internet records with the District Attorney's office.
